Hey, wassup and Hello you all!
In light of #MoodWeek and the midyear exams that are soon approaching; I decided that it would be fitting to share some of the tips and tricks I use to keep relaxed, focused and in good spirts.
1. Healthy Sleeping Habits
During stressful periods it is IMPERTIVE that you get enough sleep; nothing more and nothing less (Note: Too much sleep just like sleep deprivation; can cause you to feel sluggish and it can negatively affect your ability to focus). The recommended number of sleeping time is said to be 6 – 8 hours per night. A healthy sleeping pattern will keep you feeling rejuvenated and functioning at your best. So do best and do not sabotage yourself.
2. Get yo’ TEA on
I’m most def a tea drinker all day ‘er’ day hahahaha; on the real though herbal teas are filled with tons of antioxidants that benefit the body. Drinking tea also gives me a boost when I’m feeling kinda drained.
3. Music, Music & More Music
It is highly important to compile a playlist of your fave tracks that keep you calm, focused and motivated. In my life music is always the answer so this tip is a MUST.
