Today we set foot at the st George's home for girls...myself danine and nicol along with the awsome crew!They were doing what would modernly be known as a home make over...So new beds,painted walls,furniture,bedding etc.So we went and helped out and got some kewl footage of us having fun and making a difference at the same time.Its great to give back...Specially when you have way more than you can ask for!I hope they enjoy and appreciate all the new things they received! Meeting people,cutting hair,spraying hair and working for a good cause at the same time???You think that enuf for one weekend? This Saturday past was so much fun,getting to know the new presenters better,danine and nicol at the CANSA shavathon...D cut her hair in the process...rest of us were faders...It always feels way better to give back then to receive obviously getting things is cool too but deep inside it just means more. What most of us know about cheerleading is what we see on tv...iv been really impressed with what is seen the past few weeks.These schools we have been hosting on our show are so dedicated to what they are doing for there school it is very inspirational.

I realized over this weekend how much i have changed as a person over the last year.Its crazy and although you really want things to stay the same?its not kewl.Things must change and there are many reasons why...some we know some we dont and its ok!I was never easy with change but the more comfortable i am with change the more risks i can take which will in make me a better person.Surround yourself wit good friends...and EVERYTHING will be easier!Take one "unlifethreatning" risk this week to improve your life! im mathew with on T and im also done typing

Yesterday a lil girl's biggest dream was to meat sasha-lee from idols and it came true,was an amazing experience with a crazy energy in studio!Im sure she will remember it for the rest of her life. PEACE mat

Its very hard to make decisions sometimes specially when it has to do with your career and family and life in general.I find it even harder than most coz i have such a strong gut feeling about everything and i never know if its right but WE ALL will never know and im challenging anybody that reads this to take a risk but before you do, understand the consequences.I will be taking many risks in the next three months and i hope you will too peace matty

iv been writing alot of music lately and i realized that just like everything els in life the more work you put in the better it (it music terms) will sound. Im taking my time with my first album and im not expecting major success bcoz i dont want to over achieve right now...many reasons...It is my first music project and it means alot to me...i made a promise that i will not follow any type of commercialization and just follow what my mind and heart tell me to do. Now that im not in school and everybody is going back i honestly miss it!all i use to do was sit on the black bin infront of the music room and play my guitar during breaks...i guess its always this way with soo many things once you dont have it you really want it and miss it!high school was the best years of my life...oh and my best friend is coming to Cape Town this year and im soo EXITED!!!

it just hit 23:59 and i cant sleep... so what do i do... make a snack,right a song,do some facebook work and guest what time it its? 00:31 i did everything in 30min... so i decided to watch some comedy online and i had the greatest laugh EVER.watched alot of bloopers in sport bcoz so much sport has been played its obvious that there will be many bloopers...its been the greatest laughing moment of 2010 to date... just wanted to share that with you... its 2 in the morning...ima go sleep now!im all laughed out... peace matty

So what is it really all about? iv been watching abit more tv than usual and started getting into this 2012 end of the world predictions.Nostradamus predicted that the world calender would end on the 21st on dec 2012...and so did many other cultures, cults,religions and tribes...will the world end on the 21st of dec 2012...we just goig to have to wait!!!!
