You saw them on the show today. Now make your own chicken wrap and smoothie! Our chef Jonno has kindly agreed to share his secrets with us...

JONNO’S CHICKEN WRAP AND SMOOTHIE RECIPE

CHICKEN WRAP (SERVES 4)
For each wrap, you’ll need:
• 1 big tbls salsa (salsa recipe below)
• 1 big tbls tzatziki (tzatziki recipe below)
• 1 tortilla
• 1 chicken breast cut into strips and grilled with marinade (marinade recipe below)
• ¼ avocado (sliced)
• Lettuce and grated carrots for garnish

Salsa (enough for 4 wraps):
1 clove garlic (crushed)
¼ red onion (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
Small handful coriander (chopped)
½ lemon
Olive oil

Tzatziki (enough for 4 wraps):
250ml yoghurt
2 cloves garlic
½ lemon
¼ cucumber (grated finely)

Chicken marinade (enough for 4 wraps):
100ml sweet chilli
100ml soy sauce
1 knob ginger
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Method: combine, then pour over chicken and mix and grill in a hot pan

Sweet potato wedges (enough for 4 wraps)
3 sweet potatoes – cut into wedges
Olive oil (just a drizzle)
Salt and pepper
Method: mix in a bowl, place on a tray roast at 180 degrees for 45 minutes

Smoothie (serves 1)
100g frozen mixed berries
½ banana
200ml yoghurt
1 tbls honey
1 tbls peanut butter
Big handful of ice
100ml orange juice
Method: Add all of these ingredients into the smoothie machine and blend
