hey guys if you wanna keep it healthy heres some tips on healthy eating...1.always combine fruit or veg with a meal-the more colourful the better...2.plan and prepare-take a prepared lunch and snacks to school/work(DON'T BUY),you can never be sure what ingredients are used...3.drink lots of fresh water-limits cooldrinks...4.read labels-keep the percentage of fat to 10,stay away from the food if sgar and salt appears on the first 5 ingredients...5.avoid any deep fried foods eg:chips,go for baked potatoes...6.have 5-6 small meals(every 3-4 hours) a day instead of three big meals,it keeps the metabolism ticking...7.have breakfastnot later than two hours after you wake up...8.have supper not later than two hours before you go to sleep...9.opt for low G.I or high fibre foods...10.eat slowly and chew your food...
