11th annual Metro fm music awards
The 2011 Metro FM Music Awards were launched on the 29th September 2011 in Mpumalanga and the nominees list was released, so you can imagine the commotion from the artists who didn’t get a nomination… all I can say "BEEF”! The awards will be held in Nelspruit in November. Congratulations to all the artists who were nominated. I look forward to the night of the ceremony. I was surprised by Mi-casa and AKA for receiving five nominations – I mean, these guys only recently became known in the music industry so let’s hope they will scoop one or two awards. We all knew that Zahara would be nominated with the amount of albums she sold in 2 weeks - mind blowin! My favorite group from Durban is BIG NUZZ so well done guys, we all know that you’ll be the big winners of the night. On Hectic Nine-9, I will be giving you the inside scoop on the Metro FM awards, the nominees and chatting to the radio jocks from Metro FM and finding out their predictions.
