Peeps, if there is ONE THING THAT MUST be included on "list of things to do before you die" - abseilling down Table Mountain is one of the MOST EXCITING, SCARY, TERRIFYING and SIMPLY AWESOME activities to DO!! I was invited along by Fiona Furey, head of the Vote For Table Mountain campaign, to join the GHFM team in this exciting outdoor activity. Following a great interview with the breakfast team, to lend my voice in motivating Capetonians to VOTE FOR TABLE MOUNTAIN, we got kitted out and experienced a thrill like NO OTHER. Carl Wastie, Guy McDonald, Fiona Furey, Tracey Lange, GHFM's "Bokkie" and I conquered our fears and enjoyed the view of the "beeyootiful" Mother City... Hanging from a rope! DO YOUR BIT and support the last stretch of voting for "Vote For Table Mountain" by smsing the word "table" to 34874 as MANY TIMES AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN. The big announcement will be taking place on 11th November... *fingers crossed* Thanks again to Fional Furey and the Guy McDonald breakfast team for a MIND-BLOWING start to the week!
